Terms and Conditions

General Terms

• Offer valid only for full installation services booked by June 30th.
• 50% discount applies only to skylights.

Exclusions

• Discount does not cover flashing, powder coating, blinds, or control rods.
• Labor costs are excluded from the discount.

Payment Terms

• A deposit must be paid before June 30th to qualify for the discount.
• The final balance is to be paid on the day of job completion.

Installation Terms

• Full install includes: installation of skylight and flashing on the roof, gyprock shaft, square set, ready for sanding and painting.
• Installation wait time: 4-6 weeks after deposit.
• Installation duration: 1-2 days per skylight.

Product Warranty

• 1 year on Gyprock
• 10 years on Keylite Skylights and Flashings
• 12 years on Infiniti Skylights and Flashings
• 3 years on Blind mechanism
• 2 years on Blind battery
• 3 years on electric opening skylight mechanism
